Dr. Shahbaz Khan Mandokhil is the founder, Chairman and President of NEXRIS — Next Research & Innovation System, an internationally recognised research organisation based in Islamabad, Pakistan. A distinguished jurist, theologian, philosopher, and peace advocate, Dr. Khan Mandokhil holds three earned doctoral degrees including a PhD in Constitutional Law.
Recognised on the Google Educational Platform as a PhD Professor, he brings decades of scholarly excellence to global academic discourse. With over 70 published books spanning Islamic jurisprudence, constitutional law, peace studies, and interfaith dialogue, his works are distributed worldwide across leading academic and digital publishing channels.
He serves as Coordinator of the National Peace Council (Quami Aman Council) of Pakistan and holds the prestigious position of Human Rights Presidential Member of Pakistan — a testament to his unwavering commitment to justice, dignity, and the rule of law.
